Making Your Appointment

The first step to spending a day knocking out one of the most important items on your wedding planning checklist is to book your appointment with Evangeline. Making an appointment at Evangeline Boutique is simple, and can be done online, over the phone, or even by stopping by the shop. 

You’ll be able to schedule your appointment from Tuesday through Saturday, between the hours of 11:00 am and 5:00 pm. One of the perks of our VIP package is that if you need an evening appointment, we can offer extended hours for your bridal fitting. Our team works closely with you to ensure that we help you select a date and time that works with your schedule and enables you to purchase the dress of your dreams. 

Once you’ve selected the right date, you’ll need to pay your deposit. For the VIP experience, the investment is $150. However, the entire cost of the bridal fitting can be applied to any dress that you choose to purchase! Make an appointment here.

At the Fitting

When you go to a VIP bridal fitting at Evangeline Boutique, you’re treated to all sorts of extras that make your visit just a little more special. We start by closing the entire boutique for you and up to six guests. 

From there, we’ll serve each of you a glass of our delicious Evangeline cocktail. This signature cocktail will help soothe your nerves and get you ready for your two-hour appointment in which we’ll help you find your dream dress. 

Throughout the fitting, we’ll help you try on various dresses and offer suggestions. We take all your considerations into mind, selecting gowns that fit your budget and that match the vision you have for your special day. 

We know that trying on wedding gowns can be hard work, which is why we also offer small bites for you and your guests. You can enjoy nibbling on simple snacks in between each dress until you finally lay your eyes on the perfect gown. 

Wrapping Up the Appointment

Once you’ve found the perfect wedding dress and feel ready to make your choice, we’ll help you wrap things up. Our team has a couple of surprise gifts up our sleeves that we’ll have ready for you once you’ve made your decision.

We’ll also help you select bridal accessories. We have gorgeous garters and other lingerie as well as tasteful veils and hairpieces for you to try. Plus, we offer 10% off all the accessories you purchase during your appointment!

From there, we’ll take your measurements and store away your gown so that you can get ready for your wedding day. We make sure we have everything perfect before helping you complete your purchase and schedule your final alterations. 

After the Appointment

When your appointment ends, you might think that the experience is over. However, at Evangeline Boutique we have more to offer to make sure that your dress fits you perfectly and that you’re ready for your big day. 

First, we help you set up a final dress fitting. This way we can make any last-minute alterations to your wedding gown before your big day. After all, we want you to look perfect when you’re up at the alter saying your vows. 

Next, we’ll help you look for any additional bridal wear you might want. If you want to find dresses for your bridesmaids or are looking for suggestions on accessories, shoes, and more, we’ll be sure to offer you suggestions. 

Best of all, since your dress is already in the shop, you can try on whatever shoes and accessories you like. That way you’re able to select the perfect look for your special day.

Even though our VIP experience includes everything your heart could desire, we know that you might want some extras to sweeten the deal. That’s why we offer appointments for the groom and groomsmen, too.
